Alastair Fernie

Owner/Manager

Alastair grew up in the west of Scotland before moving to London to start his travel career. Alastair and his wife Susie have 3 children and lived in New York, Rome, Toronto, Auckland and Melbourne before moving to Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2002.

Alastair has been in the travel industry all his career working for British Airways, Air New Zealand and Qantas before moving into the leisure travel industry in Sydney managing companies in the Helloworld group and the cruise industry.

Alastair has visited over 60 countries and, as a bit of a cruise specialist, has sailed on 37 cruise ships and spent 225 nights at sea!

Jacqui Vale

Travel Stylist

Jacqui has grown up and lived on the Northern Beaches all her life.

Her travel career as a retail travel consultant spans over 30 years on the Northern Beaches and

North Shore mostly with the Helloworld Travel group. Jacqui, her husband and 2 children enjoy creating amazing travel memories as a family. She has a passion for cruising, Asia and the South Pacific and is a specialist in the USA, having travelled there more than 20 times.

Jacqui enjoys organising travel experiences for her clients with attention to detail and focusing on the little extras that make their travel experiences even more enjoyable.

Caroline McGinley

Founder

Caroline grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. From the beginning Caroline has travelled the globe – she is thrilled to have visited all 7 continents having cruised to Antarctica recently.

Caroline’s industry experience spans Airlines, Corporate Hospitality, Travel Agency Management, Travel Wholesalers and Sales & Marketing for North America.

Caroline, her husband and 3 children enjoy continual wanderlust and believes you should not wait for that “Someday” to begin living your Bucket List.

Lorna Fernie

Marketing

Although born in Toronto, Canada Lorna grew up in Auckland and Melbourne before settling in Sydney.

A frequent flyer from the start, Lorna took over 100 flights before she was 5, and has travelled extensively around the world with the family and independently.

Lorna studied Cultural Studies at The University of Sydney and spent a gap-year in Orlando, Florida participating in the Cultural Exchange Program at Walt Disney World as well as a season volunteering in South America.

Since graduating, Lorna has worked in PR and Marketing for several high-profile businesses in Sydney as well as manage marketing for Travel Your Style.
