LAST CHANCE KIMBERLEY IN 2021

The Kimberley region of Australia is truly something else and you have to see it and experience it to believe it! Three times the size of England, with a population of just 40,000, this part of the country has become known as one of the world’s last wilderness frontiers.

The Kimberley has been swamped with tourist demand this year and is practically sold out for the 2021 season. But we have found the last seats on a Globus tour and a couple of cabins on a Coral Expeditions cruise which we have packaged exclusively for Travel Your Style customers.

GLOBUS TOUR

The 10-day Globus tour departs from Darwin on 13 September and provides overnight stops in Darwin, Katherine, Kununurra, El Questro Station, Fitzroy Crossing, and Broome. The itinerary will cover the highlights of the Kimberley region including Katherine Gorge, Lake Argyle, the Ord River, and Emma Gorge.

We think a highlight will be staying in a safari-style tented cabin in the Emma Gorge Resort and a special dinner under the stars!

You will also have the opportunity to take day trips to the Bungle Bungles and the Horizontal Falls as well as various scenic flight options and a camel ride along the famous Cable Beach!

Luckily you get to spend a couple of days at the end of the tour in Broome because all the accommodation there is booked till 2022!

The tour costs $5,906 per person and includes:

  • Touring in air-conditioned luxury coach throughout

  • A small group of a maximum of 24 people

  • 9 nights of first-class or superior accommodation

  • Breakfast daily

  • 2 lunches and 4 dinners

  • The services of a dedicated tour director

  • All taxes, porterage, and service charges

This is a great price for a Kimberley tour that covers all the highlights and is about 50% less than the average cost!

CORAL DISCOVERER CRUISE

Why not combine the tour with a cruise on boutique expedition ship Coral Discoverer. Australian owned and operated, this cruise line has been cruising the Kimberley for years and carries specialists in nature, wildlife, and Indigenous history on board to help you make the most of the experience.

The cruise sails from Broome on 30 August and over the 10-night voyage you will experience highlights such as; Talbot Bay & Horizontal Falls, aboriginal rock art in Wandjina, terraced waterfalls at King Cascade, Zodiac trips up the Sale River and the marvelous King George Falls – the highest twin falls in Western Australia. And of course an amazing range of wildlife and marine life!

Unpack once and wake up every morning in a new part of the coast whilst enjoying excellent cuisine, a superb range of beverages, and the company of like-minded fellow travelers.

The cruise costs $16,890 per person for a superior Promenade Deck A cabin and includes:

  • All excursions and sightseeing

  • Daily lectures and briefings

  • All meals, chef-prepared on board

  • Selected wines, beers, spirits, juices, and soft drinks served with lunch and dinner

  • Coffee and selection of teas

  • All entrance fees to National Parks and Ports

  • Round-trip airport or hotel transfers before and after the cruise

  • Tips and gratuities

There are limited cabins on some other dates in 2021 - ask us for details.

So if you want to see the Kimberley this will be the last chance to visit this amazing area this year!

Combining the tour with the cruise would absolutely deliver the ultimate Kimberley experience from both land and sea! And if we cant go overseas till next year….. now is the time to do it!
