We are delighted to return to Kangaroo Valley to enjoy the cuisine of the region with this gourmet weekend.

The weekend is designed around the unique Highland Valley Forage, a 10-course degustation lunch with matching wines set in the glorious Three-Views Walk in the Morton National Park.

But we are very pleased to have secured renowned international chef Nick Gardner to host a private dinner for us on the Friday night to kick off this weekend of gourmet experiences!


PRIVATE DINNER - FRIDAY 22 OCTOBER

To launch into the weekend in style, we are privileged to secure the services of Michelin-trained chef Nick Gardner to cater a private dinner for the group on the Friday night.

Nick has worked at some of the top Three Michelin Star restaurants in the world, including the famous French Laundry in Napa Valley as well as hatted restaurants Quay and Tetsya’s in Sydney. He has settled in the Kangaroo Valley with wife Stevie, also an experienced hospitality professional, to open Hampden Deli – a Deli, restaurant, and cooking school right in the middle of Kangaroo Valley village.

Hosted in their own restaurant, our private dinner will feature 6 beautiful courses, sourced where possible from local providers and all matched with expertly chosen wines.


HIGHLAND VALLEY FORAGE – SATURDAY 23 OCTOBER

The Highland Valley Forage truly is a unique experience.

After sold-out events in October 2020 and March this year, the Highland Valley Forage in Kangaroo Valley is back to tell the story of how the Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven, and Coast, are connected, through food and wine.

Guests walk along the Three Views Walking track, stopping at 10 food and beverage stations along the way, enjoying a degustation lunch, meeting the local food and wine producers, and being part of nature. This area was directly impacted in January 2020 by the bushfires and is regenerating. Walk through this fire affected region, experiencing the changing landscape and native wildflowers, whilst taking in the warm spring air.

Throughout the walk meet and chat with local producers and wineries including Nick from Hampden Deli and the teams from local restaurants like Birch plus enjoy wines from Centennial, Tertini, Artemis, and Crooked River.

So guests can meander at their own pace, groups of @20 people depart at staggered times throughout the day.

Travel Your Style has arranged a departure time exclusively for our guests and we will have our own return bus transfer from Kangaroo Valley village to the national park.
