Follow that with a wine tasting masterclass at Centennial Vineyard and you have the ultimate foodies weekend away!
Highland Harvest Feast
Join a long table dressed in white linen and feast on a gastronomic exploration of locally grown produce as you enjoy the warm afternoon sunshine, relaxing music and great conversation; set literally in the middle of the vines! Lunch honours the seasonal growing cycle showcasing locally grown farmed and foraged ingredients and accompanied by the Lot 41 range from St Maur as well as a few favourites from other local winemakers.
Note: transport to and from the Harvest Feast can be arranged for an additional cost to allow full participation in the wines available!
Centennial Vineyards
Enjoy a sensory tasting experience with the in-house sommelier and discover the unique, limited & museum wines of Centennial Vineyards. During this interactive wine flight discover 5 highly regarded wines from the vineyards in the Southern Highlands & Orange. The wines for each flight are personally selected by winemaker Tony Consgiff. The sommelier will educate you on wine making, wine appreciation, different wine styles and regions all while explaining the importance of food & wine pairing. These wines will be paired with a local artisan produce plate.

Cooking School Options: As an alternative to the Centennial Wine Tasting, we can offer a private Pasta Masterclass with Stefano Marvello at his purpose built Studio Cucina in Bowral. Learn the art of pasta making and the ‘science of the sauce’ in a hands-on environment. Following the hard work, sit down and enjoy your efforts in a private dining room overlooking the countryside. Additional cost applies.
Travel Your Style are also delighted to arrange additional activities like golf of day spas to optimise your weekend retreat. An extra night supplement is available if you would like to extend your stay on the Sunday – which we highly recommend!
